A note before you read

Ask the Gita is a personal project, not a religious institution. Responses are generated with the help of AI and are not infallible. The verse text is drawn from established translations, but the explanation that accompanies each verse is AI-generated and may occasionally misread your situation. Treat each response as a starting point for reflection, not as absolute guidance.

About the answers

• Verses are drawn from established translations of the Bhagavad Gita. The text of each cited verse is faithful to its source.
• The explanations are AI-generated. They reflect a reasonable modern interpretation, not a scholarly or ordained reading.
• The Gita does not address every question.If you ask about something outside its scope, the AI may stretch to give an answer. We've tried to make it say so honestly, but it isn't perfect.
• Not a substitutefor spiritual counsel, mental health support, medical advice, legal advice, or financial guidance. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or a helpline.

What we collect

• Your Google account email and name, so we can keep your conversations private to you.
• Your questions and the responses you receive, so you can revisit past conversations.
• Usage counts — how many free messages you've used and your remaining credit balance.
• Payment records — a reference to each successful purchase, so we can add the credits you bought. We do not store your card or banking details.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your questions to train AI models. Your questions are only used to generate the response you see.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual conversations from the history sidebar. To delete your account and all associated data, email ronitsachdevsmail@gmail.com from the address linked to your account.

Payments & credits

Your first few messages are free. After that, each message uses one credit, which you can top up at any time. Credits are a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews.

Payments are processed securely by a trusted third-party payment provider. Your card and banking information is entered directly with them and is never seen or stored by us — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Please buy only what you intend to use. For any billing question, email ronitsachdevsmail@gmail.com.

Limitation of liability

Ask the Gita is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that responses are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. By using this service you agree that the operators of Ask the Gita are not liable for any decision you make based on its output.
